A very good steam and classic car and commercial vehicle show in Kent, well attended by steam, vintage, and classic vehicles, worth the 130 mile drive from Norfolk, and the night under canvas.

Now to the unusual.

A fully working Amphi car on the Hatfield Heritage Society display.


120 mile round trip on a lovely hot day to visit this interesting museum, with working exhibits, buses, tram rides, trolleybus rides, train rides. Worth the £5.00 entry fee.

As usual an excellent event well attended by Triumphs from Norfolk and further afield, good weather for camping, good entertainment, and in aid of a worthy  cause -East Anglia Childrens Hospices.

A few non Triumphs crept into the event, I suppose the Reliant had a Leyland engine.

2 other TR7's, the white an early Speke with no sunroof and the other a Yellow Speke car with Black Vinyl roof.

        That made 5 TR7's in all on the Saturday, a further one                                   turned  up for the run on Sunday
